Children's and Youth ministry
At Awaken Dallas, our Children's Ministry is a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where kids discover who God made them to be. Check-in begins at 10:15–10:45am, with age groups for 6 months–1 year, 2–3 years, 4–5 years, and 6–10 years.
Meet Leadership
Naomi leads our Children's Ministry with a heart for helping kids know they're loved by God and part of a church family. Under her leadership, our team creates a safe and welcoming space for every child, every week.
Brylea Cloud leads our Pre-Teen Ministry with a heart for walking alongside middle schoolers as they grow in their faith. She's passionate about creating a space where pre-teens feel seen, supported, and equipped to own their relationship with God.

Nursery
(6 Months - 1 Year)
Our nursery is a warm, caring space where your littlest ones are looked after during every service. Led by Naomi, our Children's Pastor, our nursery team makes sure your child's very first experience of church feels safe, joyful, and full of love.
Pre-School
(2 Years – 5 Years)
Through Bible stories, worship, crafts, and play, Naomi and our preschool team lay a foundation of biblical truth for young hearts and minds. It's a space designed to make learning about God fun and age-appropriate.
Elementary
(6 Years - 9 Years)
Under Naomi's leadership as Children's Pastor, we partner with parents to help kids grow in a real, personal relationship with Jesus. In a safe and fun environment, elementary-age children learn who God is, how much He loves them, and what it looks like to follow Him — with the chance to make that decision for themselves.
Pre-Teens
(10 Years - 12 Years
Led by Brylea, our Preteen Ministry gives middle schoolers a place to grow in faith during one of the most formative seasons of life. Through real friendships and honest conversation, preteens are equipped to start owning their relationship with God for themselves.
