You enter this site on a handshake. Use it well. Do not damage it, do not steal from it, do not use it for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to disrupt the services or the servers. You agree not to interfere with another person's enjoyment of the site. The world breaks everyone and afterward many are strong at the broken places. Do not be the one doing the breaking here.

Accuracy of form submissions

When you fill out a digital connect card or a prayer request, you give us your word. You agree to provide information that is true, accurate, and complete. A man must be honest in the small things. If your information changes, update it. You are responsible for what you submit.

Giving and donations

All donations made through Belong Membership Church are processed by Pushpay. It is a secure transaction. By giving, you agree that you are the authorized owner of the payment method. All gifts are final and non-refundable. A man gives because he has been given much. We handle your generosity with clean hands. Pushpay has its own terms and privacy policy you should read.

SMS and text messaging program

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Belong Membership Church. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. It is your responsibility to know your own costs. To opt in, submit your number on a connect card. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. It is a clean action. No more words will come. For help, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property and content ownership

All content on this site is the property of Belong Membership Church. The sermons, the words, the images, the logo. They belong to the work. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. A writer writes what is his own. You may share the resources we provide freely, but you cannot sell them or claim them as your own.

Limitation of liability

Belong Membership Church will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. The world is not a machine that runs perfectly. We provide the site as it is. We make no warranties, expressed or implied. You use the site at your own risk. A man must accept the consequences of his own actions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Texas. The land has its own rules. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. It is a simple contract between you and the church.
